About Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc.

Since 1998 Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. has been providing design build services to our 
customers utilizing various types of Information Technologies. Working in conjunction with 
strategic partners, our core service and customized software products provided customers 
with the tools they needed to support their key business processes. Five years ago,
the Company implemented steps to transform its business from being solely an Information 
Technology services company to a total integrated solutions provider, including facility management. 
The business model and its market development strategies arise from the Company's mission, 
which is to total development and integration of systems. This paradigm-shifting strategy is 
being implemented through the use of an enhanced business model that provides for integrated 
design/build engineering services across four distinct channels of business and equipment sales 
with after sales support and service.

Key Market Segments
  Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. views its business as divided into key market segments that are information technologies, security, fire protection engineering, construction engineering services. Projects are generally categorized according to the specific or stated objective of the customer (i.e. control of cameras, alarm system, fire protection system and environmental control system from my computer or PDA Cell Phone). For example, a customer may have a need to be notified by email or cellular phone when an object moves into a particular space in their home or facility. They may have a need to see live video feeds on their PC or cellular phone from a camera which covers that area. The goal is to simply design, build and integrate IT, security, fire protection and environmental systems, and the infra-structure or facilities necessary to support these systems.

Information Technology Services
The first business channel is Information Technology. For over eleven years, Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. has designed and built large networked systems and software around internet based technologies. Through this channel projects that incorporate computers, software, databases and networks are designed and built on open platforms allowing integration to other systems using the internet which has created the access necessary to interact with any connectable device.

Security and Fire Protection Engineering
These business channels involve Physical Security and life safety. This part of our business includes projects where the emphasis of the customer is on life safety and protection of property. We design, develop and implement these systems fully integrated with Information Technology allowing our customers remote access and control from a cellular phone or internet connected computer. An example of the Company's commitment to these business channels is our partnership we have established with General Electric (GE).

Construction
The fourth business channel includes a wide range of bundled and unbundled services that we provide for our customers. We build the intra-structure and facilities that house the systems we design and install. These services include building site preparation such as grading, concrete and asphalt; infra-structure build out including computer rooms, core- drilling, framing and drywall, environmental control systems (HVAC) and air curtain design. Through the company's involvement in this business channel, it received a citation from the Governor or Maryland in May 2009.Nu-Pulse has a commitment to excellence that is supported by an outstanding past performance rating. 

History
Patrick E. Weithers, President & CEO, founded the company in 1998.  Mr. Weithers holds a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology and Chemistry and a Master of Science Degree in 
Computer Science Engineering.  Prior to founding the company, Mr. Weithers was the
Managing Principal in charge of the Information Technology practice for a national consulting
firm.  His previous experience also includes ten years as a Chief Information officer with 
national corporate responsibility.
