     We have listened to your overwhelming response to the design of our Careers page. Based upon 
your feedback, we have made several changes. We hope that the changes will make it easier 
for you to submit your resume and identify those career opportunities that you are interest in.

Software Updates

    We have completed development and testing of our Correspondence Tracking, Invoice Tracking, 
and Financial Management Software packages. These software packages have already been 
sold and installed at Educational Institution and Government clients.
We are in the process of making major enhancements to our ADMIS software. Current customers 
under annual contract can expect a free upgrade of the new version in about 120 days. We 
guarantee that you will be pleased with the enhancements and improved functionality. Some of 
the enhancements include:

     - improved on line help
     - improved ad-hoc report writer
     - many new screens and forms
     - over 60 new standard reports
     - newly designed screens with added buttons
     - standard buttons on all screens
     - multiple forms open at any time with easy access to the main menu
     - query on data fields from any form by clicking on the field
     - on line search button from any form
     - easier separation of Member or Alumni data by type
     - improved record edit and query capability
     - easy query builder
     - immediate reports by dragging fields on the screen
     - change report titles, fonts and colors with the click of a mouse button
     - enhanced security
     - improved system administration
     - improved financial reporting

September 2001, Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. received a three year contract from the Department 
of Interior to perform software development. 

August 2001, Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. receives its 8 (a) certification from the U.S. Small 
Business Administration. 

March 2001, Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. receives its facilities clearance from the Department 
of Defense. 

December 2000, Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. announces its change of address to P.O. Box 44299,

August 2000, Nu-Pulse Technologies Inc. announces the development of a Web Portal for 
Associations, Educational Institutions and Government. The Web Portal will include such features 
as a singular login, entitlement features, content management and security based upon SSL. 
     
July 2000, Nu-Pulse Technologies announces a major enhancement to its ADMIS software. Existing 
customers under annual contract are provided a free copy of the new version.      
     
March 2000, Nu-Pulse Technologies Inc. announces the release of its Invoice Tracking Software. 
     
January 2000, Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. separates financial modules from ADMIS to create
a fund accounting series based upon customer demand.
     
December 1999, Nu-Pulse Technologies Inc. announces new release of its Alumni/Donor      
Management Information System (ADMIS). The new software incorporates full financial 
management modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,      
and Inventory.
     
October 1999, Nu-Pulse Technologies Inc. announces release of its new Membership and Donor 
Management System for Not for Profit Organizations and Educational Institutions.
     
September 25, 1999, Nu-Pulse Technologies joins Coppin State College of Corporate Honorees. 
Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. receives award from the Faculty, Staff and Students of Coppin 
State College for distinguished service and dedication to their mission and goals. 




Nu-Pulse Executive Staff Receive Ribbon and Trophy Award
     
September 1999, Nu-Pulse Technologies Inc. announces beta version of its Client Server 
Management System CEDA, for government. The system allows Government agencies to manage 
and report on community development activities, projects, funding programs, grants, compliance 
issues, track correspondence, and insure compliance with mandated reporting schedules. 
     
July 1999, Nu-Pulse Technologies Inc. announces the release of its correspondence
