IGlobal University President Dr. David Sohn, and Nu-Pulse Technologies, Inc. President and CEO Patrick E. Weithers have signed an agreement to work together.

The agreement represents cooperation between academia and industry, as well as a commitment to develop a center of excellence at IGlobal where students can be prepared to enter the Cyber Security work force. In support of IGlobal Cyber Security classes, students will participate in labs supervised by security industry professionals, as well as valuable and much needed hands on training with industry leading Cyber Security tools.

Other activities at Nu-Pulse facilities will include attendance at special seminars, security certification training, broad exposure to IT risk management, and the use of various risk management frameworks to perform analysis. Present at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was Dr. Hasan Karaburk, Vice President of Administration & Academics at IGlobal University. Dr. David Sohn also presented Mr. Weithers with a signed copy of his book “Devine Milestones, A Global Vision Beyond the American Dream.”
